Update: 9 months post op

Hey guys...it has been a while since I posted. Life has been great. I've actually become this fitness fanatic. I love working out now...never saw that coming. My RNY changed my life and I'm so grateful. Still have a ways to go but I'm so happy with my progress.     AMAZING...I would like to hear what u did in terms of tips n what exercises u hv been doing...what's ur routine to help post surgery newbies . Had my surgery on 12 sept 2016. This will help me n other members too..thx n keep the great work ur doing. U were beautiful even before but now ur also healthy.
