I'm May 26th... Feeling much better today. feelings are still on the over the place. Start weight 227 surgery date was 183. I got the RNY

It's better than expected. I'm four days out and starting to really feel better. I had four C-sections, So I understand the pain. You will do great!!! just give yourself the time you need to rest. I'm trying to do just that.

Well I'm glad you're starting to feel better:) And you right about going to bed early so you don't get tempted. seen the surgeon today. my surgery date is the 26th of May. I will start my diet on the 12th. Two weeks of Liquids....ouch!!!!

So how are you doing with liquid diet?

@@cindyw41 Yes to the emergency room!! but I might add I have chronic migraines to begin with. I was told to drink Atkins protein shake. Because of the amount of Protein in it.. I like drinking premier but I can only have three of those. Premier has to much protein before surgery.

Hi !!! Guys ???? I will be wrapping things up next week.. I have had a long road in front of me! From being denied to have to start all over again!!! I was like most people. I show up to my appointment get weighted and move on... Well not so fast???? turns out that My surgery center was not billings correctly.. So long story short it looked like I never went through the weight loss program. But grateful to be able to finish the program finally!! I want to know if anyone has tried to do a liquid diet before an pre-op diet starts?? I was told to do one day for the week. I have find myself so hungry, that I ended up with a migraine and in the E.R. ????????????
