Awwww congrats and good luck hunnie..the liquid diet is hard and challenging ..you can do it tho. Are you allowed one meal. I was allowed one 300 calorie meal with mines

No...strictly liquids...protein shakes (3 daily) low fat cream soups, broth, skim milk, sf Popsicles or sf Italian ice and sf jello of course. I just hope this week goes by fast! How bout you? When was/is your surgery?

Awwwe I know it must be frustrating.. Thankfully I had no problems with my bowels. I know some people it took up to two weeks for them to have one. So just be patient and if it really is bothering you contact your doc. As for water intake I'm still not at where I should be but I sip all day..try and use flavor enhancers it should help. Me I prefer mines ice cold. Good luck

Special K I'm not sure if you eat black eye peas but if you make your broth add some onions, carrots and boil the beans at a high temperature. Trust me I had the same problem. Those beans got everything moving and I make sure I eat some everyday just for that. Also a lot of water. I pray that this is helpful

Fmoore 2004 I am feeling great. I was sleeved on 3/21 and I'm so proud of that decision. I have to admit I was all set to go last year and I pinker out lol. I have to say I'm in a better place this year anyway. So things happen for a reason.
