  3. It to me a year to hit my goal of 140. Generally, I maintain at 135-140. I gain or lose weight based on my body goals at the time. I drink my Water (I've had troubles with this twice). I do walk run inside the gym and on the track 4-5 times a week. Sometimes twice a day! "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."
  8. I stick to what was suggested by my surgeon and work my ass off in the gym. Now changing to circuit and weight training and still doing my cardio. I currently hit a stall (second one) so I'm a little frustrated but I have had amazing progress so I try not to beat myself up too much. "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."
  9. I had them in my cart and something said check the forum LOL..... When I checked a ton of people said the carbs is high so I looked on box and didn't full research and compared to these it's double. "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."
