Before and After- 3.5 years out
It to me a year to hit my goal of 140. Generally, I maintain at 135-140. I gain or lose weight based on my body goals at the time. This summer, I dieted down to 131-133 because I had my HS reunion and needed to get into that dress. How often do you work out? "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."

I hit one at 258 and I'm now at a stall at 216. You will hit Ayala from time to time but change up your exercise regimen a little. That's what gets me back on track. Good luck!!! "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."

For hardcore workouts with weights 6 weeks. For cardio you can start slow after your doctor clears you. Thanks a million for the compliment!! "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."

4 months post op.....
Also I am still not eating any "bad carbs". Some surgeons say after three months you can have brown rice etc. not m surgeon he said 6-8 months. I stick to my portions. I drink my Water (I've had troubles with this twice). I do walk run inside the gym and on the track 4-5 times a week. Sometimes twice a day! 4 months post op.....
I stick to what was suggested by my surgeon and work my ass off in the gym. Now changing to circuit and weight training and still doing my cardio. I currently hit a stall (second one) so I'm a little frustrated but I have had amazing progress so I try not to beat myself up too much. "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."
