  11. i have my premier shake (30 grams of protein) every morning in my equal amount of coffee no added sweetener because the vanilla protein shake is flavored sometimes i have it hot and on weekends when i have time i added ice and an extra scoop of protein unflavored powder and blend.
  12. Can you show me a sample of your daily routine. I've been stalling for 4 weeks aarrrggggg..
  13. When your Co Workers just stare lolol
  14. Hi Pink Lantern i know your fustration well. i will be 4 months out september 24th.. i had my revision from band to sleeve on May 24th and after losing 25lbs (250 - 225) in about 2 and 1/2 months i have been stuck on 225 for the past 4 or so weeks too.. i agree and understand that the weight loss may be a little slower but i didn't think it would just STOP lol smh i just continue doing what i am suppose too i do notice the inches coming off though.. keep doing what you are doing it will eventually move. good luck !

  19. Well Well Well... Im down 25lbs since surgery exactly 3 months (12 weeks) ago..yesterday..i have been on a stall for the past 3 weeks but i continue to eat right and excercise i do see the inches coming off. So with that said be a little patient at least your complaining of stalling and not gaining. Good Luck You Got This

  21. My answer to them immediately after that kind of answer " I know i can do it by eating get right and exercising" is and will always be "You go Girl I know you can do it" and leave it at that..
  22. The clause in your insurance packet says it all you had a band failure. i did too my bmi was 36 just sleeved on May 24 th.. good luck it will be covered..
  23. Well i think it depends alot on what your occupation is . I am back to work full time exactly one week later so i just took vacation days. My job is mostly 97% sitting behind a computer in my own room in a Health Facility so i didn't really worry about it. Unless your job is moving around lifting or dangerous i dont think you need 4-6 weeks.. but who am i .. My experience hope it helps. Oh Congratulations on your approval!
  24. yeah i think that triggers mine too . one spoon to many lol of my clear broth.
  25.    liposuction68 reacted to a post in a topic: Reflux?
  26. actually i dont have reflux nothing is coming back up i just get the uncomfortable burning in the chest is that what you are taliking about.?
  27. i was just asking that too i was just sleeved last week but i have read that it will go away after a few months so i left hospital with the prescription pepcid 1 tablet 2x a day for 90 days i was also given maalox at hospital too so i brought that and take it too when needed it works pretty quick .. if this is gonna resolve itself in a few months i can deal with it but i have decided not to eat or drink anything that will aggrevate it .. i notice the gatorade and any juice like diet snapple triggers it quickly so back to plain Water.. good luck tell your doctor they will give you prescription
