    So I had my surgery on March 31 with approval from BCBS OF DE. My BMI was 40 with no co morbidities. Then a few weeks ago I received a $2800 bill from the anesthesia dept. saying that my insurance company has denied the claim?? Has anyone else had this happen? My surgeon told me to have them resubmit the bill so fingers crossed.
