Gm this is special k 1448 I had my sleeve on 3/16 started at 203 day of surgery , today I'm down to 190lbs ! Once you get discharged from the hospital it just feels like a mack truck ran over you (tired) in the hospital they medicate you every 4 hours so once you go home u will notice every 45 minutes you are urinating , its from all them ivs !! Take the pain meds if u need them ! The Protein shakes might not taste as good as they were before, drinking Water might be hard at first but keep on trying anyway I switch brands for my protein shakes , I bought the polland spring bottles with the blue sprout on them to squeeze the water in my mouth and crystal light has been my savior! sugar free Jello and sugar free ice pops helped so much ! Just take it slow and remember everyone story might be different especially if you are a person use to taking care of everyone else , now you need to rest and let them take care of you!!
