Plastic surgery? No, before my surg I decided to take off wrk for a 1 yr because of surg and because my son starting pre school. So I got a gym membership and I would go 4x5 times a week. Now down to 2x3 days. Do to wrk, but every time I go I challenge myself more and more. I wanna say it has become an addiction. ????????

Before getting the surgery I did so much research because I was very scared to do it????????. But for me there was more positives than the other procedures. And let me just say I have been very blessed???? with the whole thing. I'm@ 16 months now and so far I've only been sick because of bacon????. And it was in a broccoli salad. But I still do the turkey bacon. I like the fact that I hv a reason to watch???? what I eat. And yes I do hv my cheat days????, but I still Don't over do it.

I bought it online one of the first things I bought. LOVELY whole sales. I was so scared because I've never shopped online and just didn't want to deal with the hassle. But I've bought a couple of things now and I luv it. And thank u.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
