My "flab" in my upper arms and elsewhere is due to loose skin at this point, not fat. So this wouldn't be any help to me, unfortunately.

I read that the drug also has collagen and helps tighten skin. It didn't say, however, just how much it can tighten. I don't really imagine that it could do a whole lot, but who knows? It'll be interesting to see how much they're going to charge per injection.
