Feb 2016 Bypass Group - JOIN US!

Recommended Posts

I am starting a closed/secret page on Facebook for everyone having bypass in Feb 2016. If you'd like to join, search my name LaNae Davis Petersen on Facebook the add me as a friend. Then I can send you an invite to the secret group and remove you back off my friends list :)

Message me if you'd like to join the group! I know that some like to keep their privacy, so it's a closed group and no one would me able to see you're in the group, or the posts.

I got the sleeve in 2014 and there was a march 2014 group I was invited to. Tge great thing was we were all going through the same things at the same time. We shared victories, vented when necessay, and most of us have developed great friendships!

hello! I made a friend through bariatric pal and she invited me to join this group (she says it's great) but...i had my RNY in december, two months earlier than the rest of you. Would that be ok for me to still join?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
