I'd like to start a post for pictures that focuses on before and at goal (or near to goal) pictures only. I think it's really fun to see the complete transformation and super motivating!!

It's awesome for those on the journey to see the end results! Showing the incredible results this surgery and hard work can provide. I'd love to see all of your photos so please post with your stats- start weight, end weight and height.

Wow! The transformation pics are so AMAZING! I know EXACTLY how amazing you all feel, because I have reached goal and surpassed my own fitness level goals as well, and I am so happy with my transformation! Over three years ago, I would browse through the threads and look at pictures. They were so motivational. I thought, "I will NEVER look like that, but I know I can get close." But the results are real folks. I hope my pics can inspire someone, the way so many pictures on this site inspired me. You can do it!!! It's a brain game...conquer the mind and you'll achieve your goals.

Hi I am 10 years out but still want to share my pics. It shows a life long commitment to myself the one in animal print was 1 year anniversary. The one in yellow was 10 year anniversary

I had a LBL (Lower Body Lift), which includes a tummy tuck, 2 years post op. In fact, I had the procedure done 3 days after my best friend's wedding. It looked like a very wrinkly, hanging thing. It hung up to lady bits. My doctor did not have to lipo, since my fitness life style and diet had eliminated all of the excess fat. I should have included that. I do not want to promote false hope. However, I appreciate your compliment.

You all look great! I am still about 36 lbs from goal.

I haven't had my surgery yet and now i am super anxious to get it done. Date is Feb. 29th... you have given me so much hope... you look fantastic. When I can I will certainly post pictures.

Heres mine, the before I was actually about 345. the after Im 217 (my goal was 220 I met that a week ago)

Finally reached goal at just under 8 months. Before pic about 350, after 215.

My before and after. The first pic I had just started the process and the second was right before i weighed and realized I hit goal.

Holy smokes.....that's not goal.....that's a model's bod.......Way to go.
