I had the band done in Feb 2012 and lost approx. 100 lbs. first 6 months. I started drinking diet pop with my meals and I gained all my weight back and more, Now I want to have the sleeve done but having a hard time with insurance. I got a price from WeightLoss Agents.com for $11,500.00. Don't want to pay it but it seems like I don't have a choice. Anyone have any thoughts?

First of all, you can't drink diet pop AT ALL with the sleeve, much less while eating, so what makes you think sleeve is the solution for you. You might have the exact same problem once you are sleeved if you are unable to change your habits.
