Went to last appointment Tuesday. As of today insurance says they don't see in system but the visit is showing on the web page.

They told me to call back Wed and I don't want to pressure but they are closed Thursday and Friday.

They should at least have it by now, no?

Also to add, my insurance will cost a lot more come Jan 1 so pushing for December

Yes keep calling them! I have called every day! Called yesterday and found out my sleep study was never sent in with the paper work the first time. Sooooooooooo they mailed it out to them?????? Anyways as soon as that gets done she said it shouldn't take but a day for them to decide.(BCBS told me this) They are very helpful and friendly ! GOOD LUCK. My insurance changes as well on Jan 1st so it's very important to me too to have it done before the first of the year or else they will have to send it again to another insurance company I went ahead and started on my pre op liquid diet so I would be ready when they call ya know! Keep me updated .

I just called and they said they received it on the 23rd I was so embarrassed when he asked how many times I called on it. He said it can take up to 5 business days so he will call me personally on a before the first and he'll keep his eye on it. I know they're off Thursday and Friday so of course I'm on pins and needles

Still nothing today, wait is driving me mad! They are off Thurs and Friday as well as insurance changing in Jan. Think I will call tomorrow before 5 lol - I feel like a pest

So annoyed. Insurance told me today the authorization was auto cancelled as the fax didn't contain facility information. Doctors office is closed till Monday so another week of waiting.....
