So got a call today from my dr's office saying btw we have had a cancellation and wanted to know if you would like to move your surgery up a week. So I'm having surgery on 11/17 next Tuesday instead of of 11/24. My mood is going between ???????????????????? and ????????

Thank you everyone for the kind words. My surgery went quite well! I'm having tons of gas/acid reflux issues and gas x is my BFF. Walking as much as I can. Been running a temp between 99.5 and 101.8 but luckily it goes down with meds. Was able to eat 2 sugar free Popsicles, 1tbsp of jello, 1 premier protein shake, a couple of sips of water, and a couple of sips of chicken broth. A lot of pressure near rib cage and it's a major adjustment. Can't wait not to have this gas/pressure pain!

Didn't have to stay and extra night and dr gave me some carefate med to help my stomach and stuff. Feeling a lot better these past 2 days.
