@@Jenaenae84 Oh no, so sorry you have that pain, that is the #1 fear of mine! I have experienced it after a tubal years ago! Hopefully the pain meds will soon kick in. 5 hours, I have a 1 1/2 hour ride. Gosh, Jenaenae praying for some relief for you, maybe you will be able to walk some now that you are home! Try to get some rest! Tomorrow should be better!

@@kellyrit, glad your surgery went well, that gas is something else! sending prayers that you too will get rid of that pain & able to drink easier!

So I received my injury chicken Protein and the unflavored ......... One you really do have to make sure it is at 140 degrees or lower or it gets weird ......... Also you have to use a lot ......... I just tried a heaping tablespoon to see how it was in chix Soup honestly I didn't notice it I do wonder if I would have used the entire scoop if that would have mattered?? Anyone using these items how do you like them

Thank you so much for your review. I have been wanting to try these both and was scared to purchase. My liquid diet starts this Friday. Please keep posting your opinions on the Unjury. Good luck in your journey, so glad we have each other to learn from.

So I made chicken broth ( store bought) today (1 cup) and I used the correct about of Unjury chicken Protein and it looked like omg that's way to much it was fine it blended nice in a shaker cup........ You would never know the amount that I put in or that i even added it ....... It was good drank it right down no after taste........ You do have to temp it to 140 or below or it gets weird

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
