Yes, but very little at a time.

I bought the Premier shakes before surgery. I did well on them for my pre-op diet. However today I am POD # 12 I can't get nearly enough Protein in and haven't been able to yet! The Premier Shakes are soooo gross now!

Im on clear liquids for 2 weeks introducing foods back slowly per my surgeon. I hope i can tolerate PP Shakes becauae I liked them before, yikes

My surgery was 9/2 and i cant get much protein or all my liquids in. I threw up everything on day one, couldnt even keep a sip of water down. Im much better now but still cant get more than a few ounces at a time without feeling very full.

I will be 3 weeks out on Monday and still find it challenging to get all of my fluids and protein in.

It's almost a full time job!

I'm not quite 2 wks PO and I'm still struggling. I'm about 30/40 grams protein and about 32 oz water a day. My surgeon said that's fine for right now on my visit with him yesterday. He said it will increase as the swelling in my stomach goes down and I'm able to hold more.

Half the days I'm good with my PP shakes, and the other half, they don't feel/taste good to me. That's when I use the Syntrax nectar stuff. Right now I'm working my way through a PP chocolate. Yesterday, I couldn't stomach these.

I'm 4 days post op and I'm having a hard time getting the premier protein shakes down too. I like them before the surgery but now it's like I have to choke them down. I can barely finish a whole bottle. I did find that adding some instant coffee and a touch of sweetener to the vanilla shakes made it better, it was like an iced coffee
