No restriction feeling hungry

I am 10 weeks post op. Down 45 pounds. The last week I have been working many hours. At work I am starving and am not feeling full. No restrictive feeling. I'm confused. Also craving carbs. Feeling nervous. The days I'm off I feel restricted and am not hungry at all. So confused. Any words of wisdom. Going to see NUT this week.

10 weeks out, what all have you reintroduced yourself to food-wise? Are you able to tell if any of these things are high in carbs? I've found I only crave carbs when I eat carbs, it's a vicious cycle.

You might be dehydrated at work. When I am working I have a hard time getting my Water in. If I do nothing but concentrate on drinking I can drink 20-24oz in 30 minutes. So I drink water in the car nothing else to focus on (well driving) and I get it down fast.

Probably the head hunger from being around people who are eating and regular food is probably making you crazy. I don't know if I could do this if I had to work in an office with people.

I was told "hunger" usually is a sign of dehydration and/or low protein. I have a hard time keeping both those up, but I know if I think I might be "hungry," I drink lots of water!

Are you taking a PPI? I would check that, also make sure to meet those fluid and protein goals. Are you on soft foods? What are you eating? Do you eat/drink differently when you are at work?

Are you making sure to not drink 30 min before/after eating? I notice when I follow that rule I feel full longer
