Wisdom tooth extraction while invisalign treatment !

I started my invisalign treatment 2 months ago from our family dentist in Barrie. Since few days I noticed that 2 new wisdom teeth are erupting and it is really painful. Do the eruption of these 2 wisdom teeth affect my invisalign treatment? Will there be any other adverse effect by removing my wisdom teeth mid treatment?
