very nervous approaching surgery. I have lost 20 pounds pre op. And AM ready to do this. Just very nervous and anxious. Any tips to help

Yay! Good luck! Only advice is take it one day at a time and remember it does get easier

Remember when you go home to take it easy, over doing it can cause a setback! You will do great!

I felt the same way. Hey I was able to lose weight with the liver reducing diet perhaps the nay sayers are right. Not! You are making the right decision. Good luck the surgery will be over before you know it

The first 2 days are the hardest. But really not that bad just take your pain relief. An rest, walk around some ( it helps with the gas) drink your fluids . For me the third day I felt wonderful

You'll be fine, remember to walk,walk,walk,sip,sip,sip.

You will be fine. One thing that seemed to help me is that I made up my mind that I would do whatever was asked of me. Even if I thought I couldn't do it I would try my best.

I hope that is the last day of two week clear liquids you are complaining about! ????. All will go well as long as you keep on your pain meds, and walk ALOT!!!!
