  2. I do love the challenges! I am not looking forward to spring because it means hot weather here in Arizona! ???? I love running in the cold early in the morning!
  3. I am doing good with my weight and exercise but have gotten away from tracking on MFP and coming on here! So today I am back and being accountable to you guys and most importantly myself! Hope everyone is having a great start to the new year! ????

  6. I am 136.2 this week. I forgot to post last weeks weight! I wanted to block it out of my mind I guess because I gained:-( I was 139.8. Thanks
  7. I am six months out from surgery and here are a couple pics! Feeling pretty good! Being festive!
  8. I went today for my 6 month check up! Labs look great! I have lost 87% of my excess fat! He said the expectation at 6 months is 50% so I think I am doing pretty good! Weight at surgery 204.7 and today at their office I was 138.4, but 136 this week. Beat my nutritionist set goal of 140 for 6 months!!! Very close to my ultimate goal of 129! Great day!
  9. I kind of did my own version! Started walking a lot. Then added like 30s running then walk 2 minutes and then just increased the running time and decreased the walking time until one day I made it all the way to 30 minutes running, without dying!!! My own pace at my own time. Really has taken me some time to do. Worth the self reward!!!

  14. It was a great 5k. Did it in 29:03. Probably my best time ever! I got emotional right after the start because I was so happy with myself and how far I have come. Had to put away the tears and keep on running! I had great support with one of best buds there running in the race to. My husband and daughter came out too! would not have guessed I would do this a year ago!!!
  15. Hello May sleevers! How are we doing? I was sleeved on May 26th. SW was 204.7, today's weight is 138. Feeling great
  16. Six months out on the 26th of November and down 66lbs. Now at 138! Very exciting
  17. I am going to do my first 5K today! Very excited! To add to my excitement I met my nutritionists goal of 140, weighing in at 139.8 today!!!great start! Off to the races!

  19. I did it!!! Got a pair of Brooks! And they had a sale!! Got them for 90$! I was very happy with my experience. Used them this morning and looking forward to tomorrow evening using them again!!! Woohoo! They did feel very cushy! Which I love
