  1. I went through the same program but at Estrella! Everyone is truly wonderful! I had surgery with dr. Graf! He's cute too so that made life easier! I had zero problems and still doing well! The nutritionist is great! I had surgery May 26th and am down over 50lbs. Hope to reach my goal before my next visit which is at the end of November!
  2. I fit into a size small and it's not too small! ????
  3. 152.6 stayed the same
  4. 152.8. Not much of a loss but the scale in Chicago was much different than mine at home, to the tune of 6lbs higher so I feel achievement being lower than 153! Thanks all
  5. That's a great rule of thumb to go by. Great job
  6. So sorry to hear about all your post op issues! Sounds like you are on the mend at least. I would stick to soft or mushy foods s while so not to stretch your stomach and add more stress to it. Hope this helps.
  7. I have been doing pretty similar workouts except now I run every time I do cardio. I use map my walk which I love cause I can hear and see the progress. It gives you the minute miles which is fun when u go quicker than the day before. I also added a little distance. Was doing 2 miles and now aiming for 3! I really enjoy it and gets my blood pumping without it killing me! Like I thought it would! Feels great to do in this nice Chicago weather! Back to hot weather in Phoenix tomorrow! Good luck, btw my goal is a 5K before Christmas!
  8. I had posted this on another may sleevers thread but am happy to add it here as well! Sleeved May 26th, 2015. HW 255.6 SW 204.7 CW 153 Over 100lbs lost and very close to getting under 150 which to me is a mini goal of mine! I had set my goal at 140 so I am very close to that now! I may teething it as the scales continue to move, if the weight continues to come off then I think I will reset my goal weight to less than that!!! Btw I reached the four month mark and my head does not like my hair anymore!!! ????
  9. I was sleeved on May 26th 2015. HW 255.6 in September last year! SW 204.7 CW 153 Down over 100lbs and 50 since surgery! Very exciting day here! Almost below 150 too which really excites me because I had set my goal to be 140 and I can almost taste it now! I may have to rethink it if I am still losing when I get to that point!
  10. It is hard to say exactly what I am as I am traveling and it's a different "older" scale but it hovered around the 152-153 mark so to be on the safe side I will claim 153 as my weigh in this week. Also I may have been a little to weak with my goal, is it too late to change it? If not could I make it 145? Please and thank you as always for your dedication to our well being????
  11. 4 month anniversary of my surgery today! I don't have a total down or inches because I am on Vacation in Chicago! Hope I can lose a little on this trip and go back with a loss! I have been busy enough and running 2 miles each morning in the beautiful weather!
  12. I am hoping that given some time and continue to tone that at least it will get a bit better! If not I will have to do some fund raising to get my problem areas fixed! Great thread!
  13. Just want to say I have a lot of loose skin already and have about 20-30lbs to go! It's bad! Will post more about it tomorrow when not falling asleep.
  14. Picked out and fit into a size 10 Jean from Costco! They don't have change rooms so you never know! I am super happy with the jeans, they are size 10 DKNY and were only 20$!
  15. None of my "warmer" clothes fit! Came to Chicago and needed something different than my Phoenix clothes! Looking forward to cooler weather and sweaters. Problem is not too much fits anymore! Good because I am looking great and losing weight but bad because I really did love some of those clothes I had bought last year! Movin on! Wish me luck in the Windy City as this is my first time away post sleeve!
  16. I am 156.2 today. Thank you
  17. Speaking of bathing suits, just got a size 10!!! All the other ones were falling off me too!
  18. So on weekends I get to get up early and go for a jog! It has been an amazing change of pace from the gym. I love being done my workout early and helps me have a more productive day overall! My legs were tired this morning but still managed to do my two miles jogging!! Looking forward to hopefully doing a 5K this year sometime!
  19. I hear you all loud and clear! I have been especially moody during my periods too! Was a complete psycho for the first 7 weeks postop
  20. You look great! Nice work! I too still feel plus size and thinking about shopping, I automatically think plus size. I am around 157 right now and have a way to go to goal so hopefully our minds will catch up to what our bodies are doing!
  21. I buy mine at Kroger. It's in the health food section. I've also seen it at Vitamin Shoppe. I believe she said she found it at Walmart.I live in Arizona and saw it at Frys tonight
  22. I can prettying do any peel. Got the ok at my 3 month post op appointment. Lucky for me I get to eat apples and grape tomatoes. My two faves!
