That's great! I haven't had my surgery yet, insurance denied... But I'm in am appeal so I'm still hopeful.

Good luck with your surgery! Who's your Dr? I have 2 weeks of pre op class left then they are going to submit to my insurance. Which surgery are you going with?

Anyone gain weight while doing the pre op classes? I've had a bad week. I'm scared I've gained weight this week. I will be very disappointed if I have. I don't want to lose my chance of having the surgery

I started my pre op classes on the 6th. A lot of valuable information, looking forward to the next 5 weeks. Hopefully I will get approved through my insurance and get a surgery date scheduled for the week before Christmas.

I am going from the lap band to the bypass my surgeon says its better for the acid reflux

I'm from Bloomington Indiana I have lived here for 25 years I'm 43yrs old and have a birthday coming up in November. I am attempting to get a revision surgery approved. I have to admit I'm a little nervous.

I am from Bloomington, In. I am a lap band patient waiting to be approved for the gastric bypass. I have lost 95 pounds with the lap band but I started having acid reflux problems a few months ago. I have to have the band removed and have made the decision to have the bypass surgery because I still have about 90 pounds to lose. Getting ready to start my 6 week pre op classes on the 6th of October. I really hope I'm approved.
