Jogging in the morning.

So on weekends I get to get up early and go for a jog! It has been an amazing change of pace from the gym. I love being done my workout early and helps me have a more productive day overall! My legs were tired this morning but still managed to do my two miles jogging!! Looking forward to hopefully doing a 5K this year sometime!

This has been my only method of exercise for over a month now. I walk/jog alternate everyday 3 miles and so far I have seen a continuous weight loss of roughly 3 lbs a week or more. I have a treadmill but enjoy getting out and walking in the mornings. On Monday I injured my knee and have been out of commission it hurts cause I want to lose all this excess weight without delays and set backs. Any who, best wishes on your future jogs in the morning.
