What questions should I ask my surgeon?

I have an appointment to meet with my surgeon, my nutritionist and my psychologist next Wednesday. What questions should I make sure to ask them? What questions do you wish you would've asked them prior to surgery?????

What kind of supportive after care do they offer. You don't want a surgeon that just does his work and you never hear from their office again. My doc offers support groups monthly, a gym membership for a year, lots of follow up nutrition and general check up meetings...
