July 8, 201511 yr My surgery was on 7/2 in Tijuana. My surgery went great and I feel good. I just have to keep reminding myself to drink liquids throughout the day. Good luck to all of you!
July 10, 201511 yr I can't believe that the big day is almost here!! Any other Tijuana sleeves?? I have been researching like crazy and am so happy that it's approaching! My date is 7/15!!! so exciting, I'm a Tijuana post op sleever. I had my surgery Sept. 26th 2014. I started at 217 pounds and weight in at 135 pounds. I have lost 82 pounds total in 10 months, and could not be happier. You will love your results, the journey is stuff not gonna lie, but it is so worth it. Good Luck and CONGRATS!!!!!!!
July 12, 201511 yr My date is September 5th, with dr. Altamirano in TJ. we've got our tickets purchased and I'm ready to go! Only one week preop diet for me, thank goodness, but I can't do the diet that was sent to me because it has grapefruit juice, and that gives me a stomachache! What to do?

I was sleeved in Tujuana using Dr Jesus Martin Lopez and made arrangements through BariatricPal. They did everything for me. They had someone with us all of the time to take is where we needed to go and to translate. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Great experience

I had mine with Dr.Ariel Ortiz yesterday (I'm still in Tijuana). The facilities are top notch and everything is taken care. In my research it was more important that I couldn't find any deaths or complaints...
July 19, 201511 yr Can I ask what is the advantage to going to Mexico? I'm in the beginning stage of fulfilling my insurance needs. Meeting with the NUT for 6 mos and doing the shrink eval..etc.
