Suggest Unflavored Protein Powder Source

I need to get more Protein in my diet. I am full liquids right now. I know that the nut suggests unflavored Protein powder added to food like yogurt and cream Soup. I am concerned about the taste. Can anyone suggest a brand that will not make food taste icky?

I also need a Protein shake that tastes good. I have only had Bariatric Advantage. I do not think I could do one of those again. After having 4 a day for 10 days, I am sick of them. I have also tried Premier Protein vanilla. Not bad, but I am not crazy about it. I added PB2 to it to try to change the flavor. That helped a little. I hate wasting money on buying lots of different shakes to see if I like them. Can anyone suggest some favorites to try? Thanks!

I like EAS shakes the best from Walmart. They don't have as high of protein though so I still buy Premier also.

Unjury is what I use. I like it although even without flavor the texture of foods certainly change.

Genepro is the best for what we need, has 30g in a Tbsp. it's pricey but worth it. Regardless of what they say it is not flavorless! I taste something & it changes food texture. Melts best in hot tea. ????

I have heard of unjury and one of my good friends who had her surgery a few years before I had mines swears by it. I however use Isopure Unflavored that I got from GNC. I tend to use that when I am making smoothies or I sometimes mixes it in with my morning dose of Metamucil Fiber to give me both a fiber and Protein boost.

Genepro is the best I've found so far. I mix it with my decaf coffee and a little sugar free creamer every morning and get 30g of protein right off the bat!

Hi tried the GNC unflavored whey - it's ok. I also tried nectar unflavored - do not like it. It changes the texture of my food.

As for Protein shakes - like the pure protein (Trader Joes and Amazon) has them. So far - favorite flavors are banana, Cookies and cream and chocolate.

Good luck.

Hi! I'm using Isopure Unflavored Protein Isolate by Natures Best. 26g of Protein per scoop. It's tasteless and adds no real texture. I'm really happy with it. For my protein drink, I use Champion Nutrition Ultramet Original. 42g of protein per package. I order through Amazon or through other source ( check prices). I am using 1/2 package at a time right now, plus a scoop of Isopure. I'm getting 46 grams of protein in my shake ( 14 oz of water). I add my liquid calcium, Vit D too. Oh...some ice too. Wishing you much success!

Profuse, love it.

I use isopure unflavored protein powder from Amazon.

Thanks everyone. I ordered GENEPRO awhile from Amazon. If I don't like that, I will try one of the others. Happy 4th!!
