Dr. Ponce de Leon. Complicated Revision. Two months out. Best treatment I have ever had in a hospital. Walk with your heating pad.

Dr. Zavalza through Bariatric Pal. In Tijuana

Edited by KittyinCali

I'm scheduled for July 28th with Dr. Ortiz @ OCC

How did your surgery go with Dr. Ortiz? I have been researching him in case my insurance does pay then I will use him. Did you like him? Did they treat you well? Hope all is well

I'm scheduled for July 28th. I haven't had it yet :)

@@nursey 46 Dr Ariel Ortiz did my sleeve on June-22. I had a great experience and everything went smoothly.

Anyone seeing Dr. Mario Almanza?

I read this this AM and my heart broke for all the patients and their families. Prayers are with you all.

@@AllisonK1986 Where are you from?

I am from Canada.

My family doctor is doing my post operative care as well I am being monitored by a dietitian.

Please be sure to get Medical Tourism insurance in the event that something goes wrong, you are covered.

I was sleeved on June 15th in Tijuana through BariatricPal using Dr. Jesus Martin Lopez. It was a great experience. As for aftercare, I made arrangements with my PCP before I even went. She removed my stitches and will start blood panels at 2 months post-op.
