How did your surgery go with Dr. Ortiz? I have been researching him in case my insurance does pay then I will use him. Did you like him? Did they treat you well? Hope all is well

My family doctor is doing my post operative care as well I am being monitored by a dietitian.

I was sleeved on June 15th in Tijuana through BariatricPal using Dr. Jesus Martin Lopez. It was a great experience. As for aftercare, I made arrangements with my PCP before I even went. She removed my stitches and will start blood panels at 2 months post-op.

I'm in the USA. That article is scary.
