Where's my weight loss?
I'm almost six weeks post op and I've only lost 15 pounds, my starting BMI was 41 and now it's 37. I have to say I'm somewhat disappointed? I'm also curious about the responses to come.

Pre-op diet, too few calories?
I can relate I'm on day six of Liquid diet and although I'm not physically hungry my head tells me I am. This is hard. But I will make it and so will you, best wishes. See you on the other side.

So tired of people saying you dont need surgery!
Several people have said the same thing...."you don't need the surgery" yes I do! I weight 240 lbs and I'm 5'4 I am morbidly obese. I've decided not to be so forthcoming with people, to much negativity.

Be Honest...keeping BMI and weight the same for surgery
I am because if I fall under a 40 BMI I need two comorbidities so I purposefully not losing to qualify. I'll keep my 40.5 BMI thank you
