chocolate splendor is my favorite. Tastes like chocolate milk when I add it to milk. The fruity one tastes good mixed with crystal light lemonade. The vanilla is ok (but I'm not a big fan of vanilla anyway so YMMV). Good luck! I didn't discover Unjury until about one month post op and now I have nasty powders and ready to drink shakes collecting dust!

Its pretty good. I tried it. I have chicken Soup, chocolate splendor vanilla, unflavored and the strawberry one all ready for post op. Maybe I went overboard. None of them are that good but this seems to be the best of the lot. The good news is that my surgeon's office had them tested and they are one of the very very few that accurately list their Protein - most significantly over state how much Protein there is their product. Someone here recommended mixing the strawberry with greek yogurt post op to really get a good protein boost and flavor your greek yogurt at the same time.

I purchased the variety pack from unjury. Love them all. I thought I would order from Celebrate since they have more flavors. Unlike Unjury you mix all with Water ( I use unsweet almond/coconut milk with Unjury). They have quite a bit more carbs than Unjury and only slightly higher Protein. I only tried one from
Celebrate, Bananberry. Not horrible, but def not near as good as Unjury. I love the chicken Soup from Unjury, will try the chicken soup from Celebrate tonight. Good luck and hope you like it!!

I bought the classic choc... I bought pure Protein rich chocolate from Walmart and it was gross so I'm really hoping this is better. I have been on herbalife before and I loved the taste of their shakes(healthy Meal Replacement and protein) if I knew it would be ok and help me lose I would do herbalife on my liquid diet for my post Op until I could introduce soft foods

I just bought the chicken Soup and used it as my lunch replacement. I did Premier Protein shakes for Breakfast and dinner. This got me my 80 grams Protein without any issues. Breaking up the sweet with the soup flavor mid-day worked really well for me. I thought it tasted good too, but everyone is different. It also traveled well when I had to do some international travel last week because it mixed with Water not milk.

I am using Champion Nutrition Ulramet. 42g Protein / pkg, 280 cal, 24 carb, 4 sugar. I love it! During this first two weeks to keep it thinner I am using 1/2 a pkg w/ 15 oz of Water plus a container of plain Greek yogurt and some mio flavoring. 39g Protein. Great start to my day! I just have the vanilla now, waiting on the chocolate.

Also....Yesterday I made Soup using a cup of veg broth and a cup of V8- delicious!

End the day with another Protein shake and lots of Water, an occasional Jello in between and I'm good! Good luck everyone!

I do not like the taste of the Unjury chicken Soup. I'm glad I only purchased s few packs. I would encourage others to try it though because it could just be my palate.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
