I can't believe we are all going through same thing. It's the only thing saving my sanity!. I am talking about the dreaded stall after 2 or 3 weeks. I get up and weigh and know that there is something

went in for my second checkup and doing good. They just want me to add one more snack so I don't get too hungry and water, water, water.

How much weight has everyone lost?

I was sleeved may 26th and I'm 6 weeks and a few days out. I haven't been able to exercise at all due to the lump I've had on my left side which has been so painful from the start and I've been told not to exercise till the pain has gone.

I feel like this has slowed down my weight lost. I still walk when I can.

Pre op diet 274

Day of surgery 267

Today 232

Total of 42 pounds.

Feels like it should be more!

I was also may 26 and have lost 48 lbs...I think you are doing great ...we are doing great! As long as the scale is still going down I am happy!!! I may start adding some light weight work to my walking routine to start firming up my jiggly arms. Lol

What have you tried with protein? Hello I am David Poole. I am 10 months out of surgery and has lost 80 pounds. I eat and drink a lot of protein and a drink also a lot of water and protein shakes. My food portions of very small.

@Pamzie I have lost 24 pounds since surgery on May 20th and think that's good. 42 is a lot. I went for 2nd check up yesterday and Nut said I'm doing fine and doctor wants me to add a snack, so go figure.

Has anyone been reading the topic "Fat related routines you won't miss" on here. It is hysterical.

Sleeved May 28. 337 start, 328 at operation, 295 now. Total lost 42# including a 3 week stall.

Had my surgery May 26 - a complication had me going into the hospital to drain a big bubble of blood. Gross! I have been out of the hospital for 3 weeks now. I have trouble getting in all my waters and proteins and have little energy. My vitamins were making me throw up so had to rework them. I was 243 and I'm now 214 - wish I felt good enough to enjoy my slimming body. Any tricks to getting in the protein and water. I did find a pre-made shake Premier - 160 calories and 30 G of protein. I just want to feel like myself again!

I don't anymore but around the 4 week I got the left side pain. I think it's just healing battle wounds

I was having pain on left side when walking. Would have to stop and rest
