  1. Oh dear I have been drinking Gatorade -it quenches my thirst. Can someone tell me why its bad? I don't want to mess up.
  2. Had my surgery May 26 - a complication had me going into the hospital to drain a big bubble of blood. Gross! I have been out of the hospital for 3 weeks now. I have trouble getting in all my waters and proteins and have little energy. My vitamins were making me throw up so had to rework them. I was 243 and I'm now 214 - wish I felt good enough to enjoy my slimming body. Any tricks to getting in the protein and water. I did find a pre-made shake Premier - 160 calories and 30 G of protein. I just want to feel like myself again!
