  1. I had my sleeve surgery on 9/15/2014. I lost 85bls and still loosing 10 to 15bls a year, never going up. I started at a 50 waist size and now down to a 38 to 40 waist and feeling excellent. I had not been back the scale in 12 hours because I'm strength exercising. My over all health is excellent no type 2 diabetes, no high blood pressure and ulcers on ankles. Sleeping good and eating good with small portion sizes. Feel good when out in pubic or at a gathering of people. This is the best surgery I every had. I have taking up cooking for my self. No more eating at restaurants. I enjoying my new life style.
