  1. I'm 3 months post sleeve and I'm losing so much hair!!!!! I mean clumps!! What can I do and will it stop!!! No I haven't been getting my protein
  2. I'm going to call tomorrow... So far not as painful as yesterday but still there
  3. Thanks!! Question...Has anyone had sharp pain in and around their incisions?? Mine look great but today I started getting a sharp razor cutting like pain in my top one.. Happens when I'm sitting and every time I stand up. Hurts worst then when I got my surgery
  4. I'm starting stage 4 this week so I'm hoping to reach more calories.. The pureed stage sucks... So I'm still doing 2 shakes a day.. Protein goal is 80. I get to 70.. But I hoping with stage 4 I can eat more/different foods.
  5. I weigh myself every Saturday morning... It was frustrating to see 1lb after a full week... Eating right & walking everyday..
  6. As long as it's normal!! Lol
  7.    Babbs reacted to a post in a topic: Feeling down :(
  8. I'm new too.. Had mine July 7th.... I know exactly what you're thinking! I thought the same way!! And still have those moments... I was the same way with the water.. I can take good size sips now. I now can eat chicken but very little... I also know what you mean about people saying you'll feel full... I know when my stomach is getting full but I'm still a little hungry & my mind still wants to eat...but that's passing too.. So yes it gets easier... I have a couple of family members that had this done and they all eat normal food just not as much. Good luck!! I'm here if u need to vent
  9. So I had my surgery on July 7th... I've been happy with the weight loss but This week I only lost 1lb???!!!! How does that even happen?? I walk everyday and still only eat 400 calories... I also just started getting a sharp pain around my top incision. It feels like a razor cut. Specially every time I stand up... Anyone else???
