What did you expect if you're not taking your protein??? Of course it's gonna fall out....you're Only making it worse...you're 3 months out why aren't you taking consuming protein???

It's hit or miss as to whether you will experience hair loss or not. Certainly not meeting your Protein goals does not help. At 3 mths out your should be able to hit the minimum of 60 gms. In fact from what I've been reading many practices are recommending 80 or 100. It's in large part due to the shock to your system from the rapid weight loss. Your body is using all it's protein resources for nourishment which means it's not using it for hair and nails. Biotin may help a little although my dermatologist says biotin will likely help more with nails than hair.

I have been through this after kids and previous extreme weight loss. Get it cut and of keep it tied back and just keep repeating this too shall end!! I know it's horrible :/ I'm waiting for mine to start in next few weeks sigh. My hair only just grew back from last lots of hair loss!

take some biotin????. What's your weight 3 months post op?

Not a lot you can do to make it stop unfortunately. You could slow it down a little by taking Biotin or getting some Nioxin. Just part of the process I'm afraid :(

I would definitely focus on your protein. But, as others have mentioned, it is all part of the process. I think that we have all experienced something like this. Mine breaks like crazy these days. But, it will get better. I would rather have less hair and less fat!
