I should be having mine in September. Anyone else getting nervous?

How has it been ?

The liquid diet? Better than I expected. The first 3-4 days were the worst. It's getting better now. The hardest part is I'm a mom and I'm still prepping food for everyone else. Temptation everywhere! But I'm motivated by making sure my stomach and liver are the best they can be for my surgery in 9 days!

I'm excited! A little nervous but mostly excited and happy.

My sister and I are having surgery in Mexico on the 25th! I'm super nervous but she is so calm about it!

I received an approval letter today, but it lists 8/24/2016 as the anticipated date of service like the rep in the phone told me on Friday.

I am not exactly sure what this means-- so yeah for approval, but might need more paperwork to change the date?

I still think this is good news!

** the date issue has been corrected! All good to go- now just to wait!! Ugh!

so exciting!!????????

How are feeling? Besides hungry and tired that is!!

I hope the passes quickly until tomorrow morning!

@@CHLOE12 I am definitely getting nervous. I have about three weeks left, so I've been channeling that into preparing — getting my leave paperwork in order at work, ordering protein, getting my apartment super clean, etc. I'm planning pretty soon to clean out my fridge and food cabinets of things that aren't on my plan. And putting my proteins, blender, supplements, etc all in order and easily accessible. I might make some kind of chart so I can check off all my meds and vitamins since they have to be taken at different times. I find this all calming because I'm doing what I can to make things easier for myself instead of focusing on all the worries I can't control!

Good idea I will use that to help. Thanks for the help.

Add me on Facebook Jenae Wiley ofallon illinois :)

Hi! I want to add you as a friend on fb. There are two Jenae Wileys and it says she is from Peoria Illinois.

My Dr. wants to schedule me for the end of September. I'm still on the fence...

@@betrthnever It looks like you are considering a revision from Lap-Band to RNY. Is that correct? If so, why? I ask because you say you are on the fence, and I am assuming you mean you are on the fence about getting the revision to RNY.
