b: starbucks perfect oatmeal and nonfat pumpkin latte

L: nothing

d: 3 oz steak and salad

S: couple rasberry dollars (went to the movies) 1 handful popcorn

B-Coffee w/ lil bit of milk, 3 diced and fried pieces of Canadian Bacon inside of 1/2c Egg Beaters, 1 oz shredded cheese

L-6 frozen meatballs w/ 1 TBL ketchup, frozen indiviudal veggies (broch & carrots) but I PB'd...ate too fast

S-2 Twizlers that I PB'd

D- 2 pieces of fried shrimp but PB'd

S-Tomatoe Soup

Not a good day for me at all.......

b: 1/4 cup oatmeal with nuts and splenda brown sugar

s: cup of coffee (glorious)

L: grilled chicken salad (about 15 small bites)

s: 2 tbls ice cream

d: 3 baby back ribs & couple bites of salad

It's the weekend... :wink_smile: :teeth_smile:

I find that weekdays are a lot easier then weekends... :teeth_smile:

Yesterday:

B: 2 scrambled eggs with salsa

S: 1c. watermelon

L: sm salad, used salsa as dressing and 1 grilled chicken leg from El pollo loco

S: string cheese

D: 4 hot wings from Hooters... Like I said weekdays are easier! But they were so good!

My starts with 1 egg scrabbled low fat alpine lace cheese

(that's at 6:30am)

Then before I leave for work I make my choc protien shake with a banana

(I have to be in work at 10 am)

couple hrs later it's a sugar free pudding/or jello

Lunch: egg salad or shrimp

snack: sugar free jello/or pudding

dinner: chicken and veggies

that's mostly everyday sometimes I bring what I made for dinner the night before for lunch.

I go for my first fill friday so it might change some I think not sure

      Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.
