Bodybugg users report here!

Hi, well, I've been reading the bodybugg reports and finally got one after not being able to lose a pound after 6 weeks. I was banded on February 13, 2007. At that time, I weighed 271.4. Six weeks ago, I weighed in at 246 and went back up to 249 due to fat loss/muscle gain. (Not complaining there) that is where I stayed until now. I wasn't depressed since I thought I was doing everything right. I was eating less and excercising more. Well, at least that is what I thought until I got the bodybugg. Pudin' was a big inspiration for that one. I've had the BB for 3 days now and I finally broke through the plateu. I'm right back to 246 with more fat loss and muscle gain. It's so exciting.

I guess I needed lapband and armband. I'm just banded everywhere. LOL!! It really is motivating to see where you are at with the numbers. Even though I was exercising my butt off, it still wasn't enough and now, I know how much more I have to exercise through the day. It's fun to see the scale going down again. Finally!!!

Anyways, I think we should log our stats for the bodybugg on here. It's really fun!!

So far, 3lb weight loss on the bodybugg/lapband from June 4-7. YEAH!!!

The bodybugg is meant to be worn on the right arm. There are sensors on the bodybugg that detect body temp and air temp and if you have it on the left arm, those sensors will be backwards. Now if you

i've had mine since June and still love it ... im letting my DH borrow mine (actually, he stole it from me after my plastics) and my arm is really lonely!!!

I got mine at the end of January, used for two weeks and was totally obsessed with it. Then I got the flu which lasted about 3 freakin weeks. And I have not gotten back "into" the bugg yet. But I NEED to. I still need to lose 30 lbs!

this site doent move to fast but still faster than the b.b. site itself i too used my b.b. like crazy the first month and ahalf then i just stopped one reason was i went to cancun so i didnt wear it for the week i was there when i got home i just forgot about it but now i put it back on this monday and have worn it 24/7 so i hope this time its for good :)

I've had my BB for a week and I love it. It has really changed my attitude about counting calories. Now I know what I burn and I know how much I can eat to keep losing weight. I'm lovin' it.

6 months and 65 lbs lost since the bodybugg...and what looks like a permanent bodybugg indention in my arm :scared2:

Yeah, I have that too... and since I'm still quite overweight, I have very fat arms with the jiggly skin, etc... so when I'm not wearing my Bugg (Shorter sleeved shirt and in a nice resturant) you can totally see my Bugg indention! It looks like my arm has a fat roll!!!

So far that is the only downside to the Bugg for me.

For real???? Like when your socks leave a mark on your ankles? Or like it stays there for hours? That is so weird. Why not wear it on your waist? I want one of these things, but doesn't it show through your clothes?

Oh. I guess I'm confused then, sorry. I thought you had the option of wearing it on the arm or the waist. My bad.

I love my bugg. I have had it for almost 7 months and I wear it all the time except when I shower. I have only gone 2 nights when we were going out that I didnt wear it and I felt lost without it. I use my display all day long to see where I am on calories burned and steps. I can't imagine not using the bugg.

Thus far I have the 'bugg indentation' when I take mine off but it goes away after awhile. Hope that keeps up. If not I wear mine pretty high up on my arm and have never been a sleeveless girl (even in my skinny years) so I don't care. Small price for me to pay I think.

I still have my Bugg and just started wearing it faithfully. I miss it when it's off. I have my first session w/Tamala tomorrow. It's taken me a minute to get going exercise-wise, so I wasn't wearing it at first. But now, I'm excited. I love my Bugg.

I just got a personal trainer, so I will be meeting her today for the first time. YAY!!!

YAY, Tamala! Tell her Kim from Kansas says HI! She used to lurk here once in a while, and she even posted a few times.

I sure will!

I feel naked when I don't have it on.

Another NSV-- I have officially went from the larger strap to the "normal" sized strap for my arm! Hooray!
