Bodybugg users report here!

Hi, well, I've been reading the bodybugg reports and finally got one after not being able to lose a pound after 6 weeks. I was banded on February 13, 2007. At that time, I weighed 271.4. Six weeks ago, I weighed in at 246 and went back up to 249 due to fat loss/muscle gain. (Not complaining there) that is where I stayed until now. I wasn't depressed since I thought I was doing everything right. I was eating less and excercising more. Well, at least that is what I thought until I got the bodybugg. Pudin' was a big inspiration for that one. I've had the BB for 3 days now and I finally broke through the plateu. I'm right back to 246 with more fat loss and muscle gain. It's so exciting.

I guess I needed lapband and armband. I'm just banded everywhere. LOL!! It really is motivating to see where you are at with the numbers. Even though I was exercising my butt off, it still wasn't enough and now, I know how much more I have to exercise through the day. It's fun to see the scale going down again. Finally!!!

Anyways, I think we should log our stats for the bodybugg on here. It's really fun!!

So far, 3lb weight loss on the bodybugg/lapband from June 4-7. YEAH!!!

    The bodybugg is meant to be worn on the right arm. There are sensors on the bodybugg that detect body temp and air temp and if you have it on the left arm, those sensors will be backwards. Now if you

ok... I just bought one off another LBT'r. I figured what they hell... what is another $180 when I already spent 10K on the surgery. My goal is to run a 5K in September and I hope the Bugg will help me get there.

I haven't a clue what you are all talking about! Can someone fill me in on what the body bug is? Sounds interesting!:rolleyes2: This is my first time at this sight. I found out about this site from the barix site. I was just told that my insurance will pay for surgery, and I am ready!!! I was at the clinic about 2 yrs ago,and with my insurance I had to go for 1yr, and a bunch of other stuff,and then they would make their decision. Thank God for computers, cause Barix called me and told me things have changed with my insurance company, and now I can have the surgery!!! I gave up a long time ago. But I have to start the process over again, without all the other insurance crap. Can someone fill me in on the Body Bug? Please! Along with any other information you can give me. Hungry to know more!

BODYBUGG :: HOW IT WORKS

OK... I don't mean to be bitchy here at ALL... but seriously people - GOOGLE is your FRIEND. And if you would have just READ the posts in this thread you will see that the Bugg is explained about every five minutes...

I'll take out time to explain alot of things... But really...

GOOGLE!

lol Suzzzie... I am surprised at how many people come on here after 40 pages and ask what it is. Doi!

Ok... I have it on. Now to figure the dang thing out. Not sure how to delete the previous owers stats to start fresh. Got some reading to do!

LOL! I google EVERYTHING! I honestly don't know what I ever did before google.

And the link that I posted in my last post to this thread has been posted in this thread umpteen times. I copied/pasted it from a previous post.

On a side note: I bought the biggest loser dvd, did the warm-up, the intense cardio workout, and the core strengthening, and then the stretching, and only logged 250 or so cals burned. So only about half of what another person logged. I'm so disappointed. I worked my ass off, too, I wasn't slacking off....although I did notice that I got up to a 12 calorie/minute burn going a couple of times during the workout, and previously, I've only been able to get 9 cals/minute MAX no mater what I did. So I think I'll keep doing it, because it was a great workout.
