I was sleeved 2/23/15. HW 343 SW 322 and CW 276. I am almost at a year. Lowest weight before the holidays was 268... I gained 10 pounds and am still trying to get back on track with eating the correct items and portions. I am very frustrated!! I am happy that I lost 67 pounds but really thought I would have lost more.

My sleeve was done in Sept 2015, and I have lost 44lbs. However, I am really working hard at not being discouraged. I do Zumba, ride a stationary bike, and walk 2-4 miles a day. My caloric intake is 1200 a day and I always get my Protein in, but my scales haven't moved in 30 days. My doc is not worried, but I am. I am guessing that my caloric intake needs to be lower, exercise more, and drink more Water. Is anyone interested in being my buddy or supporter? I really want to succeed at this.

I was sleeved 2/19/15 I have only lost 35 pounds and have been on a 9 month stall. I have had back issues with several injections and lots of pain medication. Recently had back surgery getting back to normal trying to break this stall. I have started the 3 day reset and so far so good but just wondering if I will continue to loose weight monthly like everyone else since its been so long.

@@snowkitten - thanks for opening up this topic. I'm eager to know the answers, too. I'm 6 1/2 months from surgery and have lost 47 pounds of the 100+ I need to drop . . .

Too slow!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
