Food scale?

Will I need a food scale for weighing things like meats, cheeses, etc. I am having surgery next week and trying to prepare, even though I can't even have for 3 weeks post op ☺️

    I can't say for sure since I'm not on your plan, but I bought a $20 digital food scale at Bed Bath & Beyond the week before surgery. I've used it at least 2 or 3 times a day since then. Best money I've spent on anything to help with surgery.

    I got my food scale for about $25 from Amazon and I couldn't live without it. I weigh at least one thing in almost every meal and snack.
