No suggestions.....but a definite "what you need to do"....bit of advice...

Just keep doing what you're doing.....it's only a routine stall and you will resume losing.........and stalling and losing......got the idea..... completely normal. ;)

Yes, the stall around this time is very common...some call it 'your body stabilizing'...keep doing your thing, and you'll definitely work through it and start losing again!!

Yep, it's your first stall. Don't fret it. I'm in my second stall after almost 5 months. This one has lasted a long time, but I've already lost almost 75 pounds. I hit my first stall right on schedule...the dreaded 3 week stall.

Stalls will happen over and over. You just have to go with the flow and keep doing the good stuff...exercising, eating healthy, feeling positive.

Just got out of a 2 week stall. VERY frustrating, but it happens to 99% of us, so you're perfectly normal! Stop weighing yourself and just keep doing what you are doing and it will work itself out.

And since no one else has mentioned it, if you took measurements, there is a good chance that you'd see a difference there instead of weight on the scale since your body can be losing inches even if the scale isn't moving. But even if it's not, don't worry - this is all temporary!

I was going to point out how many stalls I've had already and how meaningless they are but it seems everyone beat me to it... :-)

One of my friends good friends said she was at a stall for 6 months. Om goodness isn't that to long? I've noticed since my last post I'm moving slow but I'm still dropping oz. At least it's something. Ooo and inches. Thanks ya'll for helping me. I thought I was doing something wrong. Sometimes I think my body's just going crazy. Hahaha.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
