I can't do artificial sweetners either but I have found that I can drink Premiere Protein RTD shakes with no problem, no aftertaste and no headaches. :) Not sure what kind of sweetener is in them. I would have to go take a look. The back says sucralose?? I am just glad the don't bother me cause it is mostly what I use for lunches.

I also use GENEPRO (an unflavored protein powder) in my decaf tea in the mornings. I use Splenda in my tea and again no problems.

I can't use any of the Water enhancers or sugar free syrups because I cannot take the aftertaste and the headaches I get.

You will get a lot of great answers on here, that's one thing I love about this site!! Good Luck!!
