Will my stomach feel hungry even though I am eating through my new "pouch?"

My stomach has never growled since my surgery. I am NEVER hungry!!!, I can tell when I need to eat because I get shakey, but no hunger pains, ever.

My surgery was 12 /10 and there has been no feelings of hunger. I have to schedule my two meals each day.

How different we all are. Every time I eat or drink my stomach growls. It never growls because I'm hungry.

I am 2 months out and I do get hungry and my tummy growls at times and I can feel that gnawing empty feeling you get when you are truly hungry. It's weird, I didn't think that would be the case, but I guess we all are different. But - that said, I don't have as much "head hunger" as I did before and I do get full a LOT faster, so it is much easier to eat far less.

I don't generally feel hungry unless I haven't eaten all day which I hardly ever do as I eat regularly. My stomach does make some funky loud growls sometimes though. Usually when or after I am eating. Embarrassing sometimes. But if that's the worst thing I can live with that.

I am 3 months out and never felt hungry until I started working out. Now I actually get hungry but my stomach does not growl for that reason.

My stomach actually makes noise, I would call it growling every time I put anything in to it. Sometimes it is loud enough for my husband to hear it. It is almost like it has a mind of its own.

The good news is when I am hungry it does not take much to fill be up. About 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of food and I am full again.

Like @ mentioned, my stomach rarely if ever growls due to hunger. It usually growls sometimes after I eat or drink. I love that though because prior to surgery I would eat every time my stomach growled and that was quite often.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
