Hello January surgery here!

Hey so I just got my surgery date it's January 13th, I just spent 4 hours in group getting g all the info for the day of and after surgery. Everything is self explained the only thing I have a problem with is the vitamin schedule.

Anyone have a good way to break it down? Or has anyone found anything on the Internet that would help me out?
