Farm Lake Tour- near my house

100 Grand- Is like 1.2 hours from Allion's

100,000 metre tshirt is near lansing

Lupus Loops- near my house

Life Ride- Lansing

I will be on the Palm from the 21-28 so I can't do anything then. But the rides I listed above are doable. Lansing is about 1.5 hours from my house FYI.

Well, our schedules mesh for the 7th or 8th.

That's the 100 Grand or 100,000 meter. The 100,000 is closer to both, and is cheaper to enter.

Want to set it up a tentative date?

HP, C, WYD, or anyone for that matter.

See if you can get to Lansing the weekend of June 7th for the ride.

Lettuce know.

It's the 100,000 metre, t-shirt ride. It's $15 with food and SAG.

hey!!

Checking that out it is about 5 hours 45 min from me....BUT would be so worth it.

I am doing some checking with my 14 year olds basketball schedule and she leaves for camp the day after, so if I can find some place for her to be, it may just work out.......I will leave the kids at home...LOL

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
