I haven't owned a scale in over 15 yrs. Any suggestions?

I just bought this one recently. It's not as fancy as some - doesn't measure body fat - but it's easy and reliable and measures to .2 pounds which is nice.

Weight watchers makes a very easy and affordable scale that measures weight, BMI, BMR, as well as other things, and it's very accurate. Not sure where you're located, but if there is a Wal-Mart or Bj's near you, they have the best prices.

I'm 11 months out and still don't own a scale. I just weighed at the doctors office. You will be a lot less stressed not worrying about the numbers on the scale. Just follow your plan, concentrate on healing and establishing new habits and measuring your success with NSVs and clothing size.

Is their a group for the scale obsessed. I need to join. I'm trying to only step on in the morning cause the fluctuations during the day drive me NUTS! So if you can live without, do it. No need to add a stresser.
