Dec. 15th anyone?

Hey everyone,

I am so excited to get going on this weight loss journey. I feel like I have tried so many other things but with this I feel I can have long term success! I got a bug to get it done and had my first doctor appt. Oct. 17th and it felt like it took forever to get scheduled but it really wasn't very long I guess. I am anxious to get it over with.

Scared of pain, wondering what I will eat. Anyone have any favorite Protein powders? I hear they will be my friend. The only ones I tried in the past were yucky! What about shakes? I like Optifast but they are pricey. Any decent ones out there?

Hoping for some buddies to go through this with me!

Chris.

Oops sorry! It's a pic of a person standing in front of a sunset with their arms out.

I'm so happy you got it done thanks. I've not found it?

Search for BariBuddies and you will have to look for all groups. It's the one with the girls arms stretched out.

I still don't see it

I couldn't find it with my phone but it came up with my laptop.

Thanks Tim I'll try my laptop

So, I'd like to join the group but since it's a closed group, not private, won't our Facebook friends be able to see? I'm not really hiding my surgery, but I'm certainly not interested in letting a few hundred Facebook "friends" know about it. Could it be made private? Or am I not understanding the closed v. private settings?

I thought I was 16th but I was confirmed for the 15th this morning. It's official December 15th is the day.

Hey Sarah! I was just going to text you! Hope you had a good day! I can change the group to "secret " meaning only members can see but it makes it so it can't be searched for....only members can send invites for others to join. I don't mind doing that....just let me know what everyone would prefer. We would basically just need to ask the fb name of anyone who wanted to join and then send them an invite.

That makes sense! Whatever everyone wants is fine with me :)
