Dec. 15th anyone?

Hey everyone,

I am so excited to get going on this weight loss journey. I feel like I have tried so many other things but with this I feel I can have long term success! I got a bug to get it done and had my first doctor appt. Oct. 17th and it felt like it took forever to get scheduled but it really wasn't very long I guess. I am anxious to get it over with.

Scared of pain, wondering what I will eat. Anyone have any favorite Protein powders? I hear they will be my friend. The only ones I tried in the past were yucky! What about shakes? I like Optifast but they are pricey. Any decent ones out there?

Hoping for some buddies to go through this with me!

Chris.

I'm doing good. Feel like I have a hangover. Been napping on and off for about an hour and the hangover feeling is starting to go away. Hope everyone is doing well. Can't wait till we can start doing our shot glasses of fluids tomorrow. 1 oz every 15 minutes.

Hi everyone day two and surgery went well. Doing my water shots at the moment it's an amazing feeling to feel full so quickly. Thankful for humble beginnings and the people who I have meet on this new journey.

Hi everyone. I finally broke down and hit my morphine button. Feeling pretty good add long as I don't move around much. When I do I feel a gas bubble. Not sure if they'll get me up tonight or not. I'm just laying here relaxing and getting leg massages from my booties. I'm also feeling hungry. Can't wait for liquids tomorrow.

Surgery was today at noon. All went well and very little pain. Main thing is very thirsty and not allowed to drink until tomorrow. Going to try and get some sleep now between the 11 pm and 4 am rounds.
