Rockin Refuel

Found a new protein shake at the gas station. They have no sugar and are made from whey, also a milk protein shake. They come from Shamrock farms and being a gas station they are expensive. $2.29 for 14 oz but 30 grams of protein. They only carry chocolate. Fine by me!

What were they called?

I just looked it up and it looks like the chocolate version that has 30 grams of protein also has 12 carbs with 6 grams of sugar.

I love it too- I buy the "lean builder" variety, which has 150 calories and 20 grams of protein.

I also drink those when I am out and about and need some protein real quick. They are under $2 at our local stores and gas stations

Now my grocery store is carrying it for 50 cents cheaper. They are in the dairy products because they contain milk but are lactose free. I'm drinking one a day and the weight is really starting to drop. It's half my protein for the day and I've struggled with "eating" enough protein. So this is working well. I think I've lost 6 lbs in the last week (75 since April). Two thumbs UP.

Going to look into this also. I find that as long as my protein requirements are met the weight drops daily. An as far as the sugar my requirements were I can have up to an not exceed 10 grms per serving. .so that works for me!
